360 Names Brandon Rinkenberger Chief Executive Officer

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

August 14, 2026 – Morton, Illinois — 360, the parent company behind 360 RAIN(opens in new tab) and 360 YIELD(opens in new tab), recently announced Brandon Rinkenberger has been named Chief Executive Officer. Rinkenberger officially joins the company on August 24.

360 was born on the Sauder family farm. After a devastating drought in 2012, Gregg Sauder, founder of 360, set out to build tools that help farmers do more with what they already have and gain more control over the challenges every growing season brings.

Today, that mission lives across 2 dedicated ag brands: 360 RAIN and 360 YIELD. 360 RAIN is scaling rapidly on a global level as a full-scale OEM with its adaptive application system built to give farmers control over water, nutrients, and manure all season long. 360 YIELD’s established line of retrofit equipment upgrades is positioned to compete more effectively in its respective market. The recently announced restructuring(opens in new tab) into distinct divisional brands reflects the company's significant growth across two fundamentally different product categories.

"My family believes now is the right time to strengthen our leadership for the exciting future ahead of us," said Gregg Sauder, founder of 360. "Brandon will lead 360's day-to-day operations with my full support. I'll stay closely involved, spending my time where I can add the most value: being with farmers and dealers, learning from our own farm, and shaping the long-term direction of our brand and our innovation."

Rinkenberger brings more than 25 years of leadership experience scaling businesses in agriculture and beyond. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Climate LLC, where he led the global FieldView business unit, and has held senior leadership roles at Bayer Crop Science and Precision Planting as well as across other global and entrepreneurial organizations. Rinkenberger will be meeting employees, farmers, dealers, and partners across the industry over the coming weeks, with a first stop at the Farm Progress Show in Boone, IA.

360's leadership team — Tim Sauder, Chris Hartter, and Tim Kaiser — will continue to drive their respective areas forward. “I'm excited for Brandon's leadership,” said Chris Hartter, Commercial Lead. “Our team is full of builders, doers, and problem-solvers, so having him in this role is going to push us even further.”

For Sauder, the leadership transition doesn’t change what’s always driven the company.

"Helping farmers grow their yield and profit is the greatest feeling in the world for me, and it’s our mission at 360,” Sauder said. “It's what motivates me, and I know it motivates Brandon too. I'm grateful for everything the 360 RAIN and 360 YIELD teams do to serve our customers and support one another, and I look forward to this next chapter together."
