REGIONAL MANAGER - NORTHEAST REGION

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Regional Manager for our Northeast Region of the United States. This is an exciting and challenging role that allows you to spend time in the field applying your experiences in sales or agriculture to develop our dealer network and drive sales growth. The Northeast Region includes primarily Michigan, Indiana and Ohio and extends into Ontario and the eastern United States. This position can be based in territory (preferably Indiana, Ohio or Michigan) or at 360 Yield Center headquarters in Morton, IL.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop growth and product penetration strategies and tactics to grow 360 Yield Center sales in specific region
    • Utilize lead generation tools and market data analysis tools to develop effective sales strategies
    • Understand and promote corporate business strategies and gain channel buy-in to product distribution strategies
    • Find and onboard new dealers to ensure market coverage
  • Manage and develop approximately 20-40 dealer accounts
    • Develop strong relationships with key customer and dealer accounts
    • Increase dealer engagement in selling and service activities related to 360 Yield Center products
    • Effectively manage distribution channel conflict to maximize sales while maintaining strong relationships with dealers and growers
  • Educate farmers on the benefit of banding nutrients and water
    • Organize and lead numerous field day events throughout the region

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical (level 1) support of the 360 Yield Center products during the season
  • Travel to dealer locations, farm shows and other events is required
    • Travel can range from 50% to 75% based on territory and season

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of three years of professional sales/account management, or one year of experience in the agriculture industry
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business studies is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (presentations to audiences of 50+ is common)
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
